This is just a friendly reminder of our rehearsal today!
We know it's a later night, lets come with patience and kindness.
We will be wanting costume and shoes.
We will try very hard, not to go past this time. Please tell your rides to be here by 9:00 so we all can get home to bed. With school the next morning, we all need our beauty sleep :)

Please come prepared to be your best, also knowing that many of you have had an extremely long week.!

Ticket Reservations and Sales

Please pay Mr. Yerex for your reserved tickets today at rehearsal. All unpaid reservations will be put back to the public. There will be no new ticket reservations starting today.

For all new ticket sales, students may purchase tickets at lunch or at 3:30 in the office.

Parents may purchase from the office at any time during regular office hours: 8am to 4pm.

(This is help keep traffic in the office at a reasonable level.)

Sunday, November 15 Rehearsal Schedule

Full Cast in Theatre for Attendance:

12:00  - Girls vocal review theatre (Witch song, Red, White and True), boys set up stage.

12:30 - Work on and time scenes 10 and 11 (we have never done this with the cave transition, timed the lines to the music - between Karl and Edward)
      - During this time, cheerleaders review their routine in the hallway (need to get the kick happening at the right time)
      - Alabama lambs practice tap routine

1:15 - Run witch scene, transition to "Edward's Vision"

2:00 - 5 - Run through, possibly skipping some of the solos (such as I Don't Need a Roof, Stranger)

5:00 - Steph and Danton Daffodils

5:00-5:10 - Full Cast Discussion regarding Rehearsal on November 22. We have a major time conflict with cast members who play in Wind Ensemble. Can Everyone please look at their calendars, and talk with their families about moving back this rehearsal time. We will make a decision as a cast.

Tickets are available to cast and parents at 11:30 and 5:00 this Sunday.

A Message from Mrs. Unger :)

If you have any costume items that you are bringing from home, please BE SURE to bring them to practice this Sunday, the 15th, so that we have all your costumes ready and bagged for our first dress run on Sunday the 22nd.  Anything that you will be wearing on stage for the show MUST be here this coming Sunday.

Thursday Morning November 12: Full Cast

7:30 in Theatre- daffodils scene with all students in it plus the ones that put the daffodil flowers up (actors, dancers and those helping with props)

7:30 in Choir room: remaining cast. Group vocal work

Please go directly to these locations and Mr. Yerex will do attendance first in Theatre and then in Choir room.

12:00 Full Cast - in Theatre for attendance

12:05 - Dancers: Red, White and True and Alabama lambs in choir room
12:05 - all other cast members: get stage ready for practice.  All hands on deck getting props and scene changes ready back stage

1:00 - All cast in Theatre - Circus - we have many changes here - bring a pencil and your scripts to write new notes

2:00 - Full Run Through -

3:30 - 3:45 break - (depending on time, this 15 minute break may shift)

3:45 - 5:00 - Second run through

5:00 - Clean up - all hand on deck to make sure it's all organized for next rehearsal

6:00 - to Ms. Engel's (Wes and Owen's) house for Movie Night and Pizza. Bring a pillow and comfy pillow :)
